The Year to Consolidate the Foundation for Growth

Since the spin-off from CTC in 1989, we have specialized in life science and developed ourselves as one of the leading R&D solution providers in Japan. Now we deal with pharmaceutical/chemical/food manufacturers, as well as universities, public offices, and offer a wide-range of products and services that cover every stage of R&D activities. As so few companies in Japan can cover and support R&D activities in such a way, we will strive to achieve further growth by taking advantage of such situation.

FY2011 being the middle year of our Five Year Mid-term Management Plan, we hope to move forward to ensure the achievement of the Plan’s ultimate goals. To this end, we have adopted, as the policy of this year’s management plan, consolidation of the basis for our great leap forward in 4th and 5th year to come. Accordingly, we will implement the following two measures with focused attention:

Firstly; higher quality of performance to enhance organizational strength and improve customer satisfaction.
As obtained ISO9001 certification in last December, we have established the structure to advance our service level for project management, development and operational support and maintenance.
Also as we have valued customer opinions and kept listening humbly to them, we believe you will find our higher service quality and more value-added solutions than before.

Secondary; delivering solutions in new business fields.
Last year, we have made a considerable investment in discovering new products and solutions in clinical development, CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control) and manufacturing fields, as well as researching laboratory and scientific instruments with brand-new technology in light of growing biologics development.

This year is to sequentially develop these new products and solutions, and to consolidate suitable organizational structure- by doing so, we believe we can be your true and best partner in life science industry.

Current pharmaceutical industry expects upcoming medicine for unmet medical needs and such medical R&D requires great deal of energy, passion, and moreover, innovative creativity. As our CTC group slogan for this year 2011 is “Creation”, we keep providing incomparable solutions and contribute to your “Creation.”
